I've never had trouble
seeing the whole mood list. I once found I could
change my mood indicator better from one place than another (and posted about it somewhere in this forum) but even a few minutes ago I got a normal-looking list of mood choices in either place.
Could your browser be refusing to show the mood images because of a setting or other limitation? I just checked the HTML that produces that menu. It's basically a FORM but the individual options are in a more advanced code than I've had any experience with, myself:
