Please dont despair about how you feel. I share your pain and experience with this condition. They are only convictions we have to attack ourselves which does nothing for our self esteem and unfortunately some people can sense this.Try to articulate the core of your true feelings and share them with a therapist as open as you can and you will find that your sensitivity will diminish as you begin to delve into a better understanding of OCD.Take care and dont be affraid.
