these things don't really matter so much in australia (where it doesnt matter for insurance purposes). consensus between professionals is so low that it's a joke to try and get people to agree. i think the best you can hope for is that the ppl who are helping you take your symptoms and concerns seriously. unfortunately, sometimes that means waiting until a session so that they can discuss things with you in depth. you need (and deserve!) undivided attention - not a 10min grab on a phone between clients.
