I have bad images in my head a lot. Sometimes they make me flinch because they come with such force into my head. Sometimes i SH because it stops those thoughts invading my head so forcefully. Is there anyway for damage control techniques?? I don't want to break any rules by saying this so i understand if this is edited. All i know is that it isn't the best way, but it helps me.
