You are very worthy and deserving of hugs and I'm proud of you for asking for what you need and desire.
I understand self hate and self loathing. I do not like myself either. Very deep self hate going on here. But you know what? I don't think either one of us deserves to not like ourselves that much. We are good, kind, caring folks.
It is horrible though that even though I know this to be true for you....that you are good, kind, caring, and worthy....it doesn't ring true for myself. How cruel the mind can be!!
