Thank you for posting that. I am sorry you feel this way. Depression is awful and makes you feel so badly about yourself.
Do you have a T? I hope so.
Try and not be so hard on yourself and stop believing the lies depression tells you. It is NOT your fault that you are depressed and NOT your fault that depression keeps you from doing what you really want to do and be.
