Yesterday we concluded our 8-session maximum. I couldn't really express to her how much I appreciated all that she's done and that I will miss her. And I do miss her and it's hard to think I won't see her again. Is it ok for me to send her a short email stating this?

BTW it was therapy via my university. She's a doctoral student and I'm a student as well.
