I'm on Seroquel 100mg at bedtime. When I first started the dose, it took me a good two, almost three weeks to get over the sleepiness. We're talking full-on drunk for 3-4 hours when I'd wake up in the morning. Give it some time; hopefully the side effects will subside for you.
