Someone is setting of fireworks near my apartment building (on a college campus). It is really making my nerves go on edge. I called the department of public safety but they didn't really seem interested and sounded frustrated when all I could tell him was that the sound seemed to be coming from "around" as it echoed. I was feeling really relaxed and somewhat napping but now I'm just tense and stressed. I hope they find the person and they get in trouble!!!!
