I normally have vivid, intense dreams. The emotions I feel in my dreamstates are usually more intense and real-feeling that in my actual life. But sometimes the intensity of the emotions "carryover" into my waking state. And if it's a sad/depressive emotion, it hangs on and can stick with me for most of the day. And this isn't exactly good, since I battle with ups-and-downs of depression anyway. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Or how I could break the "carryover"?
