I don't know. Maybe you're right. It's hard to know how much has to do with all this stuff I refused to look at before, and how much may just be my baseline. I guess I'm still hoping things will some how get better, that someone will make it stop...Not going to happen?? Not so sure I have the energy to change things by myself right now.
