Hey Amanda, Valium can stay in your system for up to a week, but what your describing doesn't sound like a benzo related thing. In fact I have had this problem since I was a kid and only Valium or Klonopin/Rivotril stopped it for me. It might be the withdrawal of the topamax and remeron. If you've never had problems with benzos before that's the only thing I can think of unless you react badly to valium, which would be weird since most benzo's are closely related. For examlpe, temazepam and serax are from the same family as valium
