Do they have some kind of patient assistance program?
Our hospital has a program where based on how much you make, the fees decrease. Hubby and I qualify for them to cover 100% of the costs. Of course, it doesn't cover the doctor's bills, but the doctor's with the hospital sometimes reduce fees if you qualify for the hospital program.
