(((buggy))) Just a thought, something I've had happen to me... the doctor's office never submitted the insurance request, because they had me pay "in case" and of course, to have me pay made them more money than if they asked the insurance company... sigh. It's a tough way to go... and you rarely can get the payment printouts... call your insurance company directly... claim agent, adjuster whomever it is.. make sure the doctor's office has even ASKED for approval. ok? $75 seems high to me to begin with, as a co-pay!
