What a crock. I wasted my time and gas going to him. All he did was feel of my knees and tell me that my regular doctor will have to prescribe my pain meds for me.

The doctor I went to today doesn't even prescribe medications. I don't even know why I went. He gave me some cream to rub on my knees.

I am so discouraged. No one in my health team seems to understand how badly I am hurting either that or they just don't care. I don't know what I have to do to get them to understand how badly it hurts every day just to walk. Heck it even hurts to lay on the couch. I do my exercises but it doesn't help. I am just so frustrated.
