I read ad heard from my doc that they name " Borderline" is going to be chsngened in the coming years to something along the lines of " Emotion regulation/dyregulation disorder" or Emotion intensity disorder" . Alot of sites already use those names instead of borderline. Emotional Regulation disorder fits alot better in my opinion.
