i'm sorry jess. it may not be what you're thinking though. she may just have felt unsure if she should go public with your relationship, if you guys haven't yet, and so was playing it cool out of respect. also, if she's never had a boyfriend before it's kind of awkward at first referring to someone as "my boyfriend". hopefully, it was just a misunderstanding between you guys. it sounds like she's a bit clueless and awkward at all this right now, so don't jump to the worst when these things happen. the fact that she called out to you to meet this guy adrian pretty clearly shows she isn't interested in him. if she were, she would not have made a point to introduce you to him. yeah, just keep talking to her jess. pretty much everything you end up saying here is the stuff you need to say to her, but a bit calmer. don't retaliate or punish her, just talk to her. i'm sure you realize punishing her didn't work too well last time but talking to her did. and please stay away from the volleyball chick. that is only going to muddy the waters.
