If you have a just right feeling about other things than tell you T the just right feeling is a common OCD thing but it would have conected with more than just writing for your T dx's you with OCD if that want cause the just right feeling. The more you talk about the more likly you'll get a proper d'x even if you think it the silliest though, symtom, behaviour, ect tell the Dr.....some of the things my OCD has made me feel or think are so hard to explain to my Dr but I try over time I realised dose not matter how strange my explaintion my T has listen and even tryed to help me discribe it. Just try to talk everything and over time the T might see more OCD symptoms if you think that what you have.
Thanks for this!
