SOrry you are having such a rough time ! I would personally see a Doctor, however, I know some people dont like seeing Doctors about "female" issues. If the airbag deployed, and hit you in the chest, it would be expected to be sore, and probably have some bruising. (My daughter-in-law had an accident May 21 and she was 8 months pregnant - and she had bruising on her breasts and soreness. She didnt even tell the Doctor at the ER cause she was so concerned about the baby ....baby now born, happy, healthy and beautiful!!!!). Her bruising and soreness is now gone, but she did use alternating ice and heat packs for several days after the wreck. I would use more ice than heat however, as heat can increase the blood flow to the bruised area. (I am alittle unclear about what you are experiencing - since contusion and bruise mean the same thing). If you have a lump that has formed , its probably a result of the air bag, but really, if it were me, I think I would see a Doctor just to be on the safe side.
