The first time I made mention of the word "saved" and "saviour" was in my PM to you in which I asked you if I could post part of it and you said "yes." We had been writing about our frustration with the lack of involvement by others. Here is my sentence from the part of the PM and then the post.

"Some people, like you said, don't want to be saved. (I got dinged for putting that word in a poem once. I'm not a "saviour.")"

I was trying to convey that thought gently at that point. Then notice my terminology after the quote from my PM to you:

"You have to help yourself first before you can help anyone else." I told you I had been "stung" when it was called to my attention. After I got over it, I thought about it and realized it was pretty egotistical of me... but not before I gave it a lot of thought.
