I hate labels too. I worked in a psychiatric hospital for about a year and I was totally appalled at how the mental health professionals and staff talked about the patients with borderline personality disorder. It's like they weren't looked at as individuals, but as manipulative people who couldn't be helped. It was so sad and SOOO frustrating.
