Guess I'll waddle outa here!
Just kidding!
I get fat when I get depressed because I stop caring about myself and food is all I have left (I even gave up cigarettes) to turn to for comfort. And when I feel so bad I want something that tastes good and feels like a "treat" like ice cream or pizza because I guess I associate those foods with being loved and rewarded. And it tastes good too.
So I have some sympathy from hard experience. But I'm hitting the gym every day (I'm so proud of myself) and the fat (just my gut) is flying off. I can
almost suck it in flat now!
