I will seriousely consider your advices my friend. it never happended to me
before... I suspect that I have depression for a long time without knowing it.
the same about being Bi-polar... but, for anxiety disorder, I have it since childhood and
i suffered cases or derealisation often....

i guess i was a masterpiece of mental problems in progress!
