Crash dieting will not work and will just lead to more problems. If you really want to take the weight off, do try to do it in a healthy way. Consult your doctor or a therapist or a nutritionist about ways you can lose weight in a helpful manner. Even better if they know about your eating disorder issues, because counting calories and points is not necessarily a good thing for some because the activity of counting becomes destructive and damaging.
