Welcome to PC rsclutch22. I am sorry to hear your Thanksgiving was so unhappy for you. Many of us who have troubled families decide to make our own holidays - alone or with a friend/s. We make plans for what we enjoy, start our own traditions, plan meals we like. It's something you might want to consider. Glad you're here with us this holiday weekend.

I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture
than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you."
Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
