Sorry you're feeling so down (((Berries))). Do you have a dog? - I think having a pet might help you feel a little better. See if you can go for a nice walk. How about the gym membership you were talking about a while back. I agree with Pom, that holidays for someone who's sad, becomes a reminder of what they don't have and increases the sadness. I've noticed several members are feeling more low than usual. I expect the same will happen at Xmas. Time to be extra kind and patient with yourself.
