Susan ~ washing walls? No wander you injured yourself. Years ago, I used to do the same thing, and now that I can't, guilt fills me most of the time. I know it is probably inappropriate, and you must tell yourself the same thing. You made a wonderful effort, and the dinner happened and was very nice. Now you DESERVE some caretaking.
