I've never actually posted a video, here or anywhere else, but I've looked at the code for it before. Two things about it: it was complicated; and it was done with HTML, which doesn't ordinarily work here.
Another member did post a video
here that seems to work. I couldn't figure out how she did it but you might be able to.
