I'm a 16 year old wanting to dive into the fun hobby of robotics. The problem is, I'm having trouble figuring out how to get a programming deck and some programming software, to program my robots' "doings". I know how to get a PIC microcontroller, just need software and a programming deck.

Anyone out there skilled in the making of robots? You'll be my hero.
