I think we all have those days where we feel low. I agree you should discuss it with your doctor if you can't seem to get out on your own. I find this happens more at holiday time. Sometimes an episode like this comes from not taking good care of ourselves and we end up unbalanced. The low feeling, is our bodies alarm clock signalling us to make healthy changes. Now is the time to take extra good care of yourself with healthy eating, exercise and taking time to relax. I hope thimgs will start looking up for you soon.
