And to be honest I'm relieved. I thought I was the only one. When I was little I would pull out my hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows. The idea was so odd to me, I couldn't possibly imagine anyone else living with it. I went through the shame and trying to hide it. My parents were so weirded out at me.

It's strange, but learning my disorder has a name attached to it makes me feel more normal.
