What you see on the screen is merely a fantasy, even if they are real people. I don't think it's harmful, but it may be contributing to your single status.
You've had relationships with pretty women in the past. How did that turn out? Were they just as beautiful on the inside? My guess is they weren't. They may be pretty packages, but oftentimes there's nothing inside - or what's inside is very ugly.
If you're thinking about being with someone for the long haul, just remember that beauty does not last very long. If you search only for physical beauty, you'll end up with an empty package - or a monster. 
Go ahead and drool over Kate, but try to find the beauty in the real women in your life too.
