I recently switched from 50 minute sessions every 2 weeks to 90 minute sessions. They are so much better! As jexa said, they're wonderful! When I went weekly, 50 minutes was OK, but just didn't work well for me if I went 2-3 weeks between sessions. I've only had 3 of the longer sessions, but so far, there has been no down side, except perhaps it is a little harder for T to find space in his schedule for them, because of their odd length. I do feel a little bit more pressure to have stuff to talk about, but so far, not having enough hasn't been an issue. I think "harder" issues are more apt to come out because there is not the same time pressure ("Oh, I shouldn't bring that up because we only have 15 minutes left"). Some surprising things have come up, and we were able to deal with them thoroughly because of the longer time. 90 minute sessions are more satisfying.
