I suffer with PTSD and related lower back spasms. I had a wonderful chiropractor that worked on my back for about 6 months. Since then, I have prevented "reinjuring" myself and kept the calcification in my injury site minimal by stretching. I haven't injured my back again in over 2 years. YIPPIE!!! The number one thing I learned about back problems is "mobility" . . . you must keep it mobile. If it is spasming, then you have injured it and quit moving it (which causes calcification and stiffness and more pain). This can be an endless cycle if not treated properly.

You shouldn't have to suffer needlessly. You aren't a victim. I completely understand the fear and feeling vulnerable. I wish there was a magic pill to take and make the pain go away for you. Please consider finding a sensitive chiropractor that can help you. Also, make sure your workspace is ergonomic so you don't hurt your back further. ((((((Huggs))))))))
