Turquoisesea, we've all experienced scrutiny and it seems so more with the way the economy has become. May I suggest asking the manager how she would handle that same situation and ask her to relate to you in a teaching manner? So how aware does she think she can be with a customer not making an acknowledgement? Or, is it usual for that kind of situation to occur? Hope that sounds reasonable. Cause if I can see/visualize I can see it through. HUGS
