I have been concidering finding a T that uses Hypnosis. I read that it helps and is good with getting pass our concious state of being so that the alters are easier to access and tell their stories. Was wondering if anyone has tried this before. Sounds like it would be a faster way to access the memories that I need to get to. Hope I'm not asking too many questions lol
