Dont be afraid. In fact, i'm proud of you for asking for help

Many people dont.

Make an appointment to be tested for it. then, make an appointment with a psychiatrist that will be able to prescribe you medication. THEN, go to a counselor that can help you change you behaviorally.

It's a complicated process, but well worth it. :3
