I decided I can't go without them and took my usual dosage. I figured i'd rather be miserable due to an itchy rash instead of being miserably depressed.

I'm taking Benadryl at bedtime and if the rash turns into more than a rash or symptoms get bad, I'll just go to the ER. Yesterday was just really bad without the Paxil and I can't deal with that again.
