I had a lucid dream yesterday. I have a lot of lucid dreams and they are always pleasant, except for this one.... I think it's coz of the way it started out lol.

In the dream I was lying in bed sleeping and then I woke up feeling extremely hot and sweaty. Then I looked at my arm and it started to blister. I touched one of the blisters and it popped and it felt very real. I jumped out of bed and looked around and realised my room looked different and said to myself, "this isn't real, this is a dream." For a brief moment I was relieved... But then a frightening thought popped into my head.... "OMG!! The house is on fire and my real body is burning alive in my sleep!! I MUST WAKE UP." lol....

I was in such a panic. I was trying to tell myself to wake up but it wasn't working. I searched the house for things to wake me up but no one was around... In my panic I forgot that I was having a lucid dream and could make things appear lol. I stopped... Calmed myself.... And thought of an old man. Why I picked an old man I do not know lol. He appeared and I said to him, "old man! Wake me up!" He slapped me. I didn't wake up. He shrugged. Lol.... I started panicking again and running around the house like a headless chicken.

At some point I lost the will to survive and said to myself, "I guess this is it... I suppose it's my time to die". Everything went white and then my actual room started to appear. I was awake but I was still in sleep paralysis and it was horrible and seemed to last a lifetime. I knew it was real coz I could see my cat and he was smooching me lol. I love my cat... Anywayz! I finally came out of sleep paralysis and my heart was racing and I just lay there in shock with my cat for a while hahahaha.
