Gosh I can't believe this ... i know it seems like I'm always moaning about health issues but .... 4 years ago I had a hystorectomy. This year I had an ovary out because of a cyst which was not right, now I am having what seems like hot flushes? God when they strike they strike too .... they seem to be getting more frequent and they're driving me nuts!!!! I'm 45, does this happen when an ovary is removed or is it just about the age to expect these symptoms anyway? Even though I have no womb I still have my cervix as scar tissue made the operation difficult after 2 caesar sections .... I would think it's more than likely hormonal due to the ovary removal though right? God, next time I'[m coming back as a man (no offence men, just a jk) Ophelia xx
