I agree with leacon, try to find something that will distract you. For me, working out, being active really helps. Exercise helps me get my mind on something else, and it is also very good for mental health. But maybe for you there is something else that works. I know it can be hard. Do you have a buddy that can try to help motivate you to distract yourself with other things? That helps too, to have someone there to help motivate you to take care of yourself. Or you might want to see a counselor if you aren't doing so, to help get you through this rough time.
