guy - that's what they did here for a bit after they eliminated the seperate pick up. I'd put the recycling in different clear bags and it would all go into the same place. When I stopped seperating it, if they could see a single cardboard cereal box, soda bottle or can, they'd slice the bag open and leave it there, garbage going everywhere. As you can imagine, this did NOT make me happy and I complained to the board about this repulisive habbit. Now they have a system in place that if they are able to see something that's supposed to be recycled (laundry soap bottle for example) they place a red sticker on your trash. Two red stickers and they no longer have to pick up your trash, even though you pay for this service on your water/sewer bill.
