Tks (((((hugs))) My T doesn't want me to avoid these PROBLEMS ... but if I try and work through them I"LL BE THE ONE BANNED.

Mindfulness. yeah right... I'm a feeling angry. ANGRY! I'm feeling angry because one person is hogging the site and annoying many of us and I'm feeling angry because it's making me feel like OUR disorders are secondary to allow for the one person's DISORDERS. I'm feeling frustrated and angry because it doesn't feel fair. I'm feeling angry and frustrated because there isn't any way I can change things and I'm feeling upset because I hate feeling this way. I hate feeling. I hate feeling this way and allowing someone else push my buttons. I feel hate and I don't want to feel hate. I am feeling such extreme emotions and I'm feeling afraid to voice my frustrations because I am held to a higher standard. I'm feeling things are against me because I am held to a higher standard. I'm feeling angry because I feel that is unfair too. I'm feeling angry because I'm thinking that others are banned for hogging the site and yet when this person affects ME it's my problem and they are not stopped. I'm feeling bad because the actions of anybody else affects me. I'm feeling wrong. I'm feeling angry at myself because I don't want to feel wrong. I'm feeling angry because I should not be held to a higher standard. I'm feeling bad for feeling angry. I feel bad for feeling. I'm feeling horrible because I come here to NOT feel and to be able to stay here I have to do this stupid mindfulness to be able to stay here.. I'm feeling angry because I feel feelings all damn day and I need to come HERE to not feel but to be able to not get banned I need to think and feel. I'm angry because things aren't the way I need them to be and I'm feeling NOTHING is fair now. I feel bad. I feel I'm always wrong and everyone else is right. I'm feeling confused and upset because I am not feeling the right way. GOT THE IDEA????
