Love the bagpipe idea, but instead of driving the rest of the neighborhood nuts, just do the lights.......directed right at them! If you must do loud music though, I would play the chipmonks as luod as they could be played! Or.....maybe some rap CHRISTMAS FOR A CHANGE. gOOD LUCK AND i DO SO FEEL FOR YOU!
