Dear AAAAA ~ music of any kind, played loud and from dusk to dawn is rediculous! Have you make a specific complaint to the police. They should take some action about this. I know what you mean abolut liking a cold bedroom. Maybe soon the temperature will dive low enough that you can close the window and just use the fan with the heat off. I have a long-standing aversion to heat, too, but in my neighborhood, the police even made one of the neighbors stop playing his drums except for a short time in the evenings.
