That is very rude and inconsiderate of them, considering this has been going on for years AND they know it bothers you. I turn off my Christmas lights at 10:00 pm to conserve energy. I'm surprised a company would even make it musical. I would think the only good place for that kind of Xmas decoration would be a department store. I would keep complaining to the police and I agree with Modelcarguy that you should find out if there's a noise ordinance law.
