We all have slips with different things. I beat alcohol and drugs - so far - but have to work at not abusing medication, chasing the illusive sleep comfort. The important thing is to get back up and keep trying. Please don't beat yourself up! You are welcome to pm any of us for distraction, and please feel free to join in chat at any time. That can keep you too busy to do anything else. Try to join support groups and avoid being alone. But know that you are never alone, so long as this forum stands.
