If you have not started them yet, that is different. My concern was that if you had just started meds and were just starting to feel better, maintanence would be an important consideration. Since feeling better right now isn't because of meds, it could mean that you are able to cope in other ways and if you understand what is working for you right now, maybe that will be enough. I think what I'm trying to say is if it ain't broken, don't fix it. I'm concerned when someone decides "I'm feeling better now so I want to change something." I see a lot of that, including professionals doing it, and usually consistency works out better once you find anything that works - meds or otherwise. After a period (like 6 months or more) of stability and developing natural supports, then it is more appropriate, IMHO, to wean away from meds, therapy, etc.
