I take this stuff, too, most of the time. Not now, for a while. It helps greatly with insomnia and quiets random crazy thinking. The trouble with it, for me, is it turns the world flat. It is like my undrugged brain is a tv that gets great color, but randomly changes stations, and sometimes the reception is bad. With Seroquel, it stays rock steady on one clear, but very boring channel.
