i too suffer from this and its such a shameful problem, for me(took me nearly 14 years to even tell someone, and it was 8 years of being treated for bpolar,anxiety that i worked up nerve to tell my psy. dr. it has been debilitating for me in relationships, never letting my scars show, and even after learning all that i can about skin-picking- i continue to do it, just a humiliating problem for myself that i struggle with daily- wish you the best
